Bill & Walter's Garage is a really terrific and professionally managed shop. I came in for a transmission + engine oil change as well as an overall inspection and my experience was simple and straightforward. They explained the additional work my car could need in the near future, and were transparent and communicative throughout. Would happily bring my car back here in the future because I feel I can trust their service and recommendations.

This shop provided a great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, upfront, and transparent about the work required. No sales pressure at all, just genuine and reliable service. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who values honesty.

Fast, competitively priced, professional friendly service. Went for wheel alignment and ask them to check out a steering noise too. Wheel alignment cheaper than KalTire. Test drove and found cause of steering noise, not a repair needed yet, no charge for this simple quick diagnostic. Staff super friendly, checkin by Alex and checkout by Saeed, both full of energy, smiles, and call me by name. Got paper, text, and email copy of invoice. Well run shop here.
